1984 – Initial Establishment
• The company was founded in 1984, located at No. 199 Hailang Road, Xi'an District, Mudanjiang City, covering an area of approximately 18,000 ㎡ with a building area of 12,300 ㎡ and around 150 employees.
1988 – Launch of “Yifei” Brand
• In 1988, the “Yifei” brand was officially launched, focusing on the R&D, production, sales, and export of violins and other string instruments. A modern instrument manufacturing base gradually took shape.
2000 – Registration and Restructuring
• On August 11, 2000, the company was officially registered as “Mudanjiang Heyin Musical Instrument Co., Ltd.”
• The company’s violin production team consisted of 180 staff members, including 36 skilled craftsmen. With an annual output of 15,000 violins, the company’s technology, craftsmanship, and quality inspection systems ranked among the best in China.
2000s–2020s – Brand and Craftsmanship Enhancement
• The company’s products were exported to more than ten countries including the United States, Germany, Italy, and Spain. The violins are renowned for their handcrafted quality based on Stradivari and Guarneri models.
• “Yifei” violins received numerous international awards, and the brand’s global influence continued to grow.
Recent Developments (2023–2025)
• Chairman Yun Jia served as a deputy to the National People's Congress and actively promoted the “Bring Instruments into the Classroom” initiative to enhance aesthetic education.
• The company launched the “Heyin” Industrial Tourism Experience Hall, opening its production workshops to the public and integrating education with tourism.
• In 2025, the company exhibited over 100 featured violins at the Harbin Trade Fair, showcasing its capability to produce more than 10,000 mid-to-high-end violins annually.
